As a Chef de Partie, at Ayamna you will manage and organize the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times.
As a perfectionist in the kitchen you will assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organise all kitchen requirements to the highest standards in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
In addition to this you will also have the opportunity to support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes.
Ideally, we’d love you to have a Diploma in Catering or 3-5 years’ experience in a luxury 5-star hotel and Lebanese cuisine.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, hold health and safety certification, completed an apprenticeship program or have been a chef’s trainee for at least 2 years.
