What you will bedoing :
Actively monitors the competitiveenvironment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics andstrategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index(RGI).
To drive the forecasting process forall operating departments, identify revenue potentials and supplyand demand variables for the property.
Tomonitor changing market conditions and to assess the financialimplications of market fluctuations on the property.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget andbusiness plan taking into consideration Market Mix, Occupancylevels, Average Room Rate & RevPar, Yield management andrevenue streams throughout both rooms and food &beverage.
Focus on overall yield &REVPAR.
To assist the Director of Sales& Marketing with pricing and demand projects based on aclear brief.
To carry out quantitative andqualitative market research to assist in the understanding of themarket place.
To monitor the pricingstrategies associated with the meeting rooms, monitoring salesperformance against competition.
Consolidatemonth end revenue reports applicable information for the review ofDirector of Sales & Marketing.
Compile and produce revenue performance reports.
Yourexperience and skills include :
Similarexperience for at least years as Cluster Director ofRevenue.
Very strong knowledge of winningrevenue management strategies.
Strongadministration skills supported by a good knowledge of technologysystems.
Proven record of accuratelybudgeting and forecasting market demand.
Passion for data management and being audacious in riskmanagement.
Previous leadership experiencerequired.
Ability to lead by example,believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for highperformance
