In this role, you will be responsible for driving the publisher adoption of RTB House’s unique programmatic buying strategy, increasing yield optimization via user dimension.
You will be responsible for managing the entire new business cycle, including identifying and approaching top and mid-tier inventory suppliers, negotiating terms, closing contracts and helping onboard inventory partners.
The Programmatic Media Partner will work closely with the cross-functional team in HQ and both the Programmatic Operations and local RTB House commercial teams.
The role has the possibility to be based in the Global HQ or the local RTB House regional office.
What will you do :
develop and enhance RTB House’s reputation as the leading Supply Solution for monetization of their audience;
build and maintain relationships with publishers and inventory supply partners;
managing the local inventory buying strategy with publishers and inventory supply partners;
providing superior client services to inventory partners, from troubleshooting to billing;
negotiate contract terms for all new inventory partners;
comfortable selling & speaking to Adtech suppliers - negotiating rates & deal structures that will be mutually beneficial for both businesses;
consultative based selling of Adtech product stack, including; Direct Connection in Header Bidding, PMP deals and DFP 1st look access.
deep understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, current technical advancements, and programmatic landscape;
proactively collect the market feedback, competitors' or industry dynamics. Strong communicator, presenter, and negotiator;
good knowledge of Excel including pivot tables;
2+ year's experience with Adtech technology companies (such as Web / In-App Publishers, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, Web / In-
app measurement platforms);
open to learning new tech, new products, innovative ideas;
ability to work in a very high growth and cross-functional environment;
relationships within the programmatic ecosystem, ideally with top 10 app & web inventory suppliers in the region;
fluent in English is a must;
willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
