The Senior Specialist - Institutional Accreditation is responsible to support with accreditation and re-accreditation efforts for HCT through the collection and analysis of institutional data and information as well as the development and compilation of reports.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business Administration.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Accreditation or relevant field with a focus on Institutional Accreditation.
Develop deep understanding on local and international standards and requirements from Accreditation bodies.
Develop and maintain relationships with Accreditation bodies.
Liaise with relevant functions across Central Services and campuses to gather required data and information for institutional accreditation.
Collect and analyse institutional data for accreditation / re-accreditation purposes.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date and accurate database related to institutional accreditation.
Advise internal stakeholders on institutional accreditation requirements as and when needed.
Draft self-assessment reports from an institution's perspective based on Accreditation bodies' requirements in a timely and accurate manner in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
Liaise with Quality Assurance teams across HCT for the development of self-assessment reports for institutional accreditation.
Keep abreast of institutional accreditation / re-accreditation timelines and follow-up with internal stakeholders to meet them.
Support with the timely submission of institutional accreditation reports.
Identify areas for improvement based on institutional accreditation reports and support with the preparation of action plan for continuous improvement and institutional re-
accreditation in coordination with key internal stakeholders.
