As a Fraud Sales Manager, you will be required to participate in the promotion and sale of Gemalto’s fraud / risk management solutions in addition to the security and authentication solutions.
The main targeted customers are banking and financial institutes in CISMEA. These digital banking solutions will cover the digital journey for enrolment in digital services, registering and signing digital transactions and risk assessment management.
A key part of the role will be to focus on the digital risk / fraud solutions business development in the region, where you will be in charge of not only identifying the key opportunities but manage these opportunities till closing the deal and supervising the delivery of the targeted solution.
A high level of technical knowledge is crucial including software development and systems architecture skills.
Moreover, part of role is to coordinate large solution sales via partners in the regions which may be large consulting companies to small scale systems integrators or technology providers.
A week in the life of a Fraud Sales Manager :
You will identify, drive and close complex sales opportunities for Gemalto’s risk management Solutions with new / existing customers.
This primarily focus is for the fraud / assurance management solutions
You will work with the customer to draw up a full integration plan of the fraud / assurance management solutions
You will set and manage appropriate customer expectations regarding the proposed solution from presale, sale and through to post-delivery.
You will meet extensively with clients to develop / strengthen business relationships and drive client retention
You will develop and maintain competitive analysis including white papers, solution briefs, application notes, and presentations
You will identify key trends & drive necessary improvements in sales & product to capitalize on opportunities.
You will work with other members of the team to coordinate the deployment of complex solutions at customer sites.
You will provide leadership to others in identifying opportunities and helping customers to evaluate authentication / financial solutions within their requirements
You will set and manage appropriate customer expectations regarding the proposed solution from presale, sale and through to post-delivery
You will perform skills transfer for other Gemalto sales forces and provide input and feedback from field and partners to the marketing and product development process.
You will report progress on key sales activities in the CISMEA region to management on a regular basis (bi-weekly).
