Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and officebudgets
Maintain and update companydatabases
Organize a filing system for importantand confidential company documents
Answerqueries by employees and clients
Update officepolicies as needed
Maintain a company calendarand schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms asrequired
Distribute and store correspondence(e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Preparereports and presentations with statistical data, asassigned
Arrange travel andaccommodations
Schedule in-house and externalevents.
