We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Sales Engineering Team and be part of an exciting startup.

Location : Dubai

Key responsibilities of the Strategic and Channel Partners Sales Engineer (SE)

  • Work closely with our Strategic Channel Partners teams to drive partner sales activities and train and enable reseller partners and their customers around the world, focused on partners based in MENA.
  • Support partners and their customers during pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities.
  • Assist channel partners in designing technical demonstrations incorporating third party technology platforms to showcase our partner ecosystem
  • Act as a technical focal point in managing communications with partners to develop use cases and qualify opportunities
  • Coordinate with partners to resolve issues and triage new feature requests, interacting internally with the Research and Development Team as needed to support product development.
  • Become an expert in our Industrial Cyber Security product offerings, acting as a key engineering resource to guide cyber security product development and third-party technology integrations
  • Must haves of the SE

  • 7-10 + years of experience working in customer-facing roles as a Security Consultant, System Integrator, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Systems Engineer
  • Experience working with channel partners or at a reseller
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles and enterprise architectures
  • VERY strong understanding of complex networks, protocols and networking technologies, including familiarity with legacy layer 2 protocols such as ATM, Token Ring, and FDDI
  • Proficiency in scripting, Linux / Unix, API Integration
  • Experience with Intrusion Detection tools and techniques
  • Ability to technically evaluate security technologies & provide security recommendations
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, including the ability to train an audience from a diverse range of backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Ability and willingness to work both independently and as a part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Written and verbal English language fluency
  • Written and verbal Arabic language fluency
  • Availability and willingness to travel worldwide
  • Nice to haves of the SE

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (or a similar field)
  • Experience working in Start-Up Environment
  • Experience in the field of ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects
  • Security certifications or relevant experience (i.e. OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99 Cybersecurity, IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, ISO27001 Lead Auditor)
  • Additional language proficiencies (especially German, French, Spanish, and Italian)
