Job Description

Executive Secretary Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Executive Secretary for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

o Handle administration tasks

o Communicate with different company employees in different positions

o Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

o Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence Photocopying and

o printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues, Operate office equipment such as fax machines, & Scanners.

  • o Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • o Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

    o Manage the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

    o Make travel arrangements

    o Letter writing Job Requirements and Qualifications :

    o More than 1 year of experience.

    o Excellent computer skills.

    o Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.

    o Excellent English and Arabic typing.

    o Multi-tasking and time management capability.

    o Integrity and professionalism.
