Responsibilities andessential job functions include but are not limited to thefollowing :
Maintains an effective relationship with allmembers of target media, electronic and print, local, national andinternational to encourage and maximize coverage of all events andpromotions.
Maintains and implements an effectivefiling & administrative system for all matters related tosponsorship and event organization.
Negotiation skillsin handling potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageousarrangements.
Identifies and maintains a generaldatabase of potential sponsors for all events and target specificones related to each event separately.
Copy writingskills to formulate all correspondence related to the sponsorshipproposals and negotiations.
Hosts members of the media,strategic partners and clients at the property's functionsand events.
Communicates and liaise with PR agency onthe company news and media coverage.
Manages exhibition requirements for thecompany
Ensures that PR Company is well informed of anyinternal promotions and participation in forthcomingexhibitions.
Responsible for company's Exteriorand Interior Shoots.
Responsible for print media buyingin lieu of the marketing budgets.
Sources effectiveprint media.
