Candidates with functional experience on Oracle 11i HRMS, Payroll, SSHR and Learning Management ( I recruitment and Time &Labor Knowledge will be an added advantage).
Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations in HR and Payroll.
Knowledge of Multiple Business Group and Multiple Payrolls is compulsory.
Must have excellent command on Payroll fast formula.
Domain HR knowledge is must and must be sound in Payroll costing.
Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications for extensions / customizations.
Knowledge of Interface Tables and APIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
The ideal candidate should have minimum of 2yrs of experience with Oracle HRMS, Payroll, SSHR and Learning Management..
Good knowledge of Business process within Oracle HRMS; Setups, configurations etc.
Proven leadership and motivational skills and experience in mentoring staff.
Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills.
