Female Company Secretary Vacancy in Dubai 1.) Answer phone calls in polite manner and redirect them when necessary. 2.) Manage the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.

3.) Prepare and disseminate correspondence when necessary. 4.) File and update contact information of employees, suppliers and external partners.

5.) Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. 6.) Develop and maintain a filing system. 7.) Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

8.) Make travel arrangements and visa applications when possible. 9.) Undertake receptionist duties as well. 10.) Must have knowledge in handling shipping documents.
