Responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.
Review and follow up on country forecast plan / KPIs monthly / quarterly / annually
Monitor distributor inventory and provide monthly ageing review analysis
Analyze sell out per channel and highlight gaps vs target
Lead and review sales retail audit monthly on country level
Consolidate accounts financial performance and contracts pillars
Align promotions and activity calendar on country / channel level approved by MKT & TMKT
Validate promotions and activities impact on IMS and sell out
Consolidate monthly GCC activity calendar and events
Lead and analyze e-commerce performance and activities on country level
Follow up on new projects status / deliverables
YOUR SKILLS
Excellent skills in Microsoft excel / Power Point
Team leader and ability to quickly adapt / cross functional collaboration
Recently graduated in Engineering or similar field
Holds less than one years working experience
Has a strong interest in Sales Operations Planning / Key Account Management
