Job Role : Sales Manager Manufacturing
The Sales Manager will build thecustomer base of manufacturers. He / she will own the relationshipwith Manufacturers (Major and medium).
Will ensure the delivery ofexceptional operational, commercial and customer Service toManufacturers.
Hasa thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage manufacturingindustry in UAE, ideally in the MENA region, including knowledge ofmain manufacturers, their internal dynamics, supply chainrequirements and decision-making processes.
Has a thorough knowledge of global and localFood & Beverage ingredients suppliers in multiplecategories, including knowledge of their business models, salesstrategies and customer acquisition processes.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for themarket that ensures attainment of company sales goals andprofitability.
Prepares action plans for effective search of salesleads and prospects.
Participates actively inall short / long term planning exercises.
Prepares monthly and quarterly reports on salesactivities in region.
Bachelor’s Degree withminimum 8 years sales experience inthe Food & Beverage Rawmaterials / Ingredients Industry in UAE, ideallywith minimum 2 years’ experience in MENAregion.
Must have a strong network inthe Food & Beverage manufacturingindustry as well as major Ingredientssuppliers.
Strong understanding of customerand market dynamics and requirements.
Provenleadership and ability to drive sales performance.
Tech-savvy with understanding of E-Commerceplatforms
Fluent in English language. Arabicis a plus but not essential.
Excellentanalytical and communicational skills
Must bean experienced driver with a valid UAE driver’slicense
