Job description / RoleWe're currently working with an extremely exciting healthtech startup, who are in search for their first Chief Technology Officer / Tech lead.

They are looking for an exceptional & inspirational leader to help drive and build the tech team from the ground up. This individual will also be responsible for the development & strategy of their platform, including progressing their intuitive fitness product.

The company is an early stage startup, aimed at using state-of-the-art technology to help people of all ages to improve their fitness, and generally leading an all-round better life as well as aiding with rehabilation.

They have recently secured a healthy amount of funding, and want to push-on to evole and grow even further.They are in search for someone with extensive technical leadership exprience, to build out the team and really drive the development strategy including the evolution of their product.

Responsibilities & skills required :

Someone with hands-on technical leadership experience, with a passion for MI & Computer Visioning

Previous experience in a high-growth startup, and the ability to help drive product vision & roadmap

A proven track-record of building, scaling and leading engineering teams

The ability to demonstrate experience with ML, AI & AR trends and developments

Ideally someone with a keen interest in the fitness industry, and passionate about improving this

Someone with a good knowledge and understanding of mobile apps, both Android & IOSThe location is based in UAE, offering a flexible working environment.
