Our client, one of the largest developers in the Middle East and North Africa region based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for Social Media Manager who will capture and broadcast key themes and messages across relevant social media channels, domestically, regionally and internationally.
Given the cultural sensitivities, all role responsibilities must be conceived and tested to ensure bilingual Arabic / English integrity of the intended message, consistent within corporate guidelines and brand positioning.
craft and merge the message content with social media technologies to stimulate and encourage interactive communications and affiliation with the Mall’s identity.
Apply social media to rationalization of PR Demand Load, segment market research, customer research, market conditions, competitor data and develop the recommended Social Media Business Plan.
Contribute content to Smart-Phone applications.
respond to contentious issues or consumer questions.
Participate actively in supporting the design and implementation of a mall wide opening plan, partnering with various mall tenants.
Conceive of piggy-back social media opportunities in concert with tenant initiatives and objectives.
develop techniques and concepts to promote themes and events; devise and present new and exciting social media tracks to improve mall visibility and recognition.
Consistent with current, pending or planned deliverables, recognize topical opportunities to
Business capabilities :
Proven recognition and credibility as a Social Media professional; demonstrated hard and soft PR skills garnered in large scale public developments (eg.
Malls, airports, entertainment venues, leisure destinations).
Experience in serving as an SME in online opportunity and damage management.
Understanding of the GCC cultures supported by extensive and broad online scenario experience.
Interpersonal skills :
Bilingual (Arabic / English)
