Job Summary : Looking for a Secretary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details : Offer administrative as well as clerical support to the office Assist in organizing meetings Prepare outgoing mail as well as packages Generate confidential and sensitive documents Prepare reports as required Direct office management activities Assist in preparing the office budget Request and maintain stationery as well as equipment supplies Respond and relay telephone messages Maintain diaries and organize appointments Participate fully in the company’s meetings Support internal memos and organize HR related activities Purchase office supplies for example stationary as well as cleaning supplies Attend external meetings on behalf of the company Conduct any other duties as assigned Job Qualifications and Experience Degree / Diploma in a any relevant discipline At least 1+ years of experience in the same role required Should be proactive, motivated, well spoken and presentable Should be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office package Must be a good communicator with a positive attitude Only Filipino or Indian candidates are required Application Procedure : All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
