The Key Accounts client partnerships team is looking for a vertical lead to manage and drive its Telco business. As a partnerships manager you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships.
Success in your role requires deep understanding and connections with the Telco industry - an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment.
You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for Telcos players - including beyond media.
Part of the Global Business Solutions team (GBS) - TikTok's commercial division - you will be expected to : - Define the Telco vertical strategy and key accounts planning within your book of business- Create compelling vertical narratives and playbooks to reflect on industry based trends and use cases that match your partners business objectives- Grow existing relationships within the Telco vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities - Develop a consultative approach to offer best in class media strategies from business planning to measurement of KPIs- Educate brands stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build on best practices for the Telco vertical- Ensure a state of the art business servicing level with the support of the client solutions and the cross functional teams- Influence Telco led innovation through a thorough understanding of TikTok's product - business partnerships and ecosystem roadmaps - Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to Telco to meet revenue objectives What we're looking for : - In depth expertise in Telco preferably as a senior marketer or part of the growth / digital media team - Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and / or hands on experience working with media agencies and tech partners- Demonstrated ability to drive business agendas with senior stakeholders and meet revenue objectives- Best in class communication skills and strategic mindset preferably with existing relationships across key marketing decision makers in the region- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit and a proven track record of building projects from the ground upQualifications- BA / BS Degree or equivalent in related field preferred - 8 to 12+ years of experience in the Telco industry or servicing a Telco player- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams- Understanding of TikTok and TikTok's commercial offering- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences and unique perspectives.
