As Lifestyle executive,you will join a committed lifestyleteam, driven with the intent of delivering FIVE-star’lifestyle experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrantDubai and Zurich.

The VIBE at FIVE is all aboutperforming optimally while having the best professional experience of your life.You will be expected to have a passion for your role, disrupt norms all whilsthaving the best time of your life.

Asour ideal candidate, you have proven experiencein a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, andleadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutionsthat break boundaries.

We arelooking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and criticalthinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye fordetail.

An outgoing, people-friendlypersonality with an ability to think on your feet’ during changing situationsis also essential.

You’ll work closely with the management team to developconstantly evolving service goals.


Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upondeparture

Give courtesy calls and complete the task ofPerformance Monitor daily

Maintain an active presence in the hotel lobby to greetand assist incoming / current guests

Maintain a neat, tidy, pleasing and professional appearanceat all times

Assists guests in providing doctor’s consultation, asrequired

Handle guest complaints immediately and follow-upthoroughly

Review and prepares next day’s arrival reports for GC,VIPs and those accorded special status, ensuring that these arehighlighted to the management and necessary related functions are activated

Ensure that guest history is updated on a regular basiswith accurate and pertinent information

Assist and coordinate with the Front Office Receptionteam to ensure consistent services

Promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities andbe aware at all times of banquet (and other) events, hotel facilities,F&B outlets, special promotions / offers for the purpose of assistingguests and offering precise information

Actively obtain feedback from guests to improveservices and facilities

Handle guest complaints andconcerns in an efficient and timely manner

Inspect VIP room status and amenities in good orderprior to guests’ arrival

Ensures that, whenever possible, guests receivepersonal recognition

Assist and coordinate with the Front Office receptionteam to ensure consistent service

Escorts VIP guests to their allocated room and elaborateon all the available facilities / events / offers and room’s features

Prepare and coordinate the distribution of guestamenities, welcome letters and fruit setups for VIPs, GC and long-stayguests, as required

Ensures clear communication between Concierge, FrontOffice and Reservations, in particular

Report daily activities in logbook and attend dailyoperations briefings

Comply at all times with Group’s health, safety andhygiene regulations

Is familiar with Group’s emergency procedures

Performs other duties as assigned by Manager

Gives a proper hand over at the end of every shift


What We’re Looking For

Computer skills with a strong knowledgeof Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

The ability to work in an environment that demandsexcellence, time and energy

Previous relevant experience of 1-2 years in the luxury hotel is a plus

Fluencyin English is preferred

Fluencyis Arabic is preferred

Fluency in multiplelanguages is preferred
