Job Duties :

  • Ensure adequateinformation and authorization has been received, or isrequested.
  • Working alongsidethe IT Service Desk team, resolving approx.
  • Maintain completeand accurate records of all issues in our call logging system
  • Create andupdate Knowledge Base, Confluence, documentation;
  • Manage useraccounts and follow audited procedures for additional systemaccess
  • Follow ITprocedures to ensure a high level of security and support;
  • Processstarter, leavers and transfers, ensuring staff have the correctaccess to perform their roles
  • Maintain completeand accurate records of all issues in our call loggingsystem. Qualifications and requirements :
  • Excellentunderstanding of IT hardware
  • Excellentknowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 7
  • Experience ofworking on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk
  • Experience ofworking in a professional office environment, particularlyfinancial services and / or IT
  • Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Highlyorganised.
