Job Role : Customer Support Intern

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Provide first class support to customers via ticketingsystem
  • Answer players queries in a clear andconcise manner
  • Work with our QA department tomake sure players’ bugs are addressed in a timelymanner
  • Provide support for in gamemoderation
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customertechnical problems
  • Investigate and resolvecustomer accounts and billing issues
  • Ensurecustomer input is communicated & answered to via properchannels (bugs, feature requests, etc.)
  • Knowthe games inside out to ensure all players queries are addressedappropriately
  • Follow up on store reviews andreply to them
  • Assist in creating and sendingappropriate reports based on customer support feedback / communityand store feedback
  • Qualifications

    Key Requirements : Avid social / mobile gamesplayer

  • Keen interestin industry and market trends
  • Good knowledge& practice of social networking sites
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Should be native or fluent in English (especiallywritten)
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Previous experience inCustomer Support is a plus
  • Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or any otherrelevant training or equivalent
