Plan and manage execution of individual audit assignments Leading and effective supervision of a team of auditors senior auditors on assigned audits in accordance with agreed approach and departmental standards Directly participate in conducting audit of more complex and sensitive processes or activities surfacing and raising risk and control concerns Prepare draft reports for further review and finalization clearly identifying various risk control issues arising from individual audits under charge as well as valued added recommendations for improvements including management agreement for resolution
