Building FunIn a never before seen experience Dubai Parks and Resorts is opening motiongate Dubai a destination that brings visitors in direct contact with their favorite characters and stories We are inviting everyone to play a part and as a team member of motiongate Dubai you ll enjoy all the fun that comes with an exciting career You ll work with a cast of amazingly talented and inspiring people in a job that s so immersive it hardly feels like work Come and work with an exciting team where we all play a vital part in the story whether you choose a role serving the delicious food to maintaining equipment performing in costume or operating a ride Whatever your chosen vocation you will help tell compelling enduring stories and create memories for our guests that will last a lifetime Play Your PartResponsible for management of the Operations Administration team The team covers Tech Base and Operations Base assigns all radios daily attraction supplies and paperwork and supports the operations team Position provides key support to all Operations Departments This position ensures that all paperwork is filled in properly recorded and forwarded to appropriate personnel The position must have a strong attention to detail and an understanding of all operating departments Works closely with the other DPR Entertainment and Leisure divisions and industry partners to ensure a high quality and consistent product in order to deliver a superior guest experience maximize employee satisfaction and ensure optimum results in terms of attendance and revenues aligning with the vision mission and values of the Leisure and Entertainment division Opening and closing of operations and tech services communication bases requires functional checks and follow up with all concerned departments The administration team are the first and last staff at site All teams report to and from the administration desk Ability to conduct on the job training for administration staff refresher trainings and conducting written assessment for certification Opens park daily following all procedures and ensures operational readiness of both entry operations team and other departments maintains the logs departmental paperworkRecords opening park at start of day in conjunction with daily park duty managerRecords closing of park at end of day in conjunction with daily park duty manager Maintains all daily paperwork for all operations departments and ensures every operations team hands in the assigned paperwork Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management teamEnsures assigned area is operationally ready for arriving staff by assigned time Monitors park arrival patterns and ensures all needed resources are being used to handle the guest traffic Communicates and weather conditions via all paging as needed Maintains adequate staffing levels at all times and monitors staff rotation Provides regular performance based feedback and uses feedback as basis for annual performance evaluations Conducts daily briefings and sets agenda to fulfil the communication needs of the businessCascades corporate product information to teams ensuring front-

line employees are up-to-date with customer relevant information and park activities events etc Conveys cheerful and positive guest experience attitude at all timesUnderstands the training obligations of the business and ensures all team are up to date with company policies and paperworkPerforms on the job training for the team including area certification written assessments and on-
