Job Description and Requirements
The Admissions Outreach Specialist is responsible for assisting the Manager of the Department of Admissions and Student Outreach in expanding the scope and quality of AURAK external relationships with schools and other designated entities.
The individuals in this role will have a strong focus on customer service and process development. Major responsibilities include responding to interactions, providing customer service, including handling inquiries and contacting external schools and other entities as designated.
The position must provide related feedback, prioritize tasks and tracking and reporting contact trends. This position will be a main point of contact for schools and entities from which AURAK recruits new students.
ensuring communication is disseminated to appropriate personnel and resolving problematic issues in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualification and Education
Essential : Diploma Level Education Required, Professional Certifications Preferred, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Required Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of the educational structure of the United Arab Emirates, Excellent English and Arabic communication skills, Analytic problem solving, independent, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure.
Essential : At least 3 years or more in government, business, or education.
Language proficiency required
Essential : Excellent English and Arabic skills
