Job Summary and Responsibilities
Provide all communications both external and internal professionally and with the good level of language skills. Operate the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes, hotel’s paging system.
Records and transfers calls. Provide telephone services and information to guests. Provides all charges are allocated in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
1. At least High Vocational diploma in any relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 1 year in Call Center, Customer Service experience
3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
4. Posses good communication and interpersonal skills
