  • Design the talent management strategy to ensure criticalroles are identified and a salable approach to conduct successionplanning is implemented
  • Create tools andtraining to support succession planning
  • Evolvethe performance management approach to ensure robust and objectivemeasures of potential and performance are incorporated which embedthe Careem Expectations (behavioral indicators)
  • Apply creative approaches and latest technology to thetalent management strategy
  • Develop andimplement an appropriate approach to conduct internal'Talent Review' meetings with leaders to identifysuccessor readiness, calibrate evaluations and to leverage internalmobility across teams and regions
  • Draw oninternal feedback and external bench-marking to evolve talentmanagement practices
  • Facilitate best practicesharing and application across regions
  • Collaborate with L&D and Business Partners toensure that talent outputs link seamlessly to personal developmentplans
  • Work with the L&D Manager tosupport in-house programmes whenever necessary
  • Collaborate with and up-skill the People team (acrossregions) to ensure solutions suit the diverse business stakeholderneeds and that they are engaged and up skilled to support thetalent strategy
  • Ensure operationaleffectiveness in scaling the talent strategy to an ever growingpopulation of participants each year
  • Develop coaching, mentoring and otherinterventions to support development and the achievement ofPersonal Development Plans
