Job Key Details :

Welcome guests during their check-in

Provide detailed information concerning arrivals and room requirements

Attend to guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner

Offer excellent customer service as per hotel standards

Give out rooms to all arriving guests

Make sure all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any of them

Obtain guest feedback during their departure

Liaise with housekeeping team for clearing the rooms

Obey the house rules and policies set by the management

Follow strict staff grooming and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in any business related course, Hospitality Management or its equivalent

At least 1+ years of experience in the same field

Should have strong organization and time management skills

Must have excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude

Should be presentable and good looking
