Job Description

Admin Assistant Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Admin Assistant for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

o Assist in all aspects of administration and HR.

o The person will be responsible for answering calls, handling visitors, filing, preparing reports.

o Assisting in recruitment & HR activities.

o The person will be responsible for keeping all of the official records of the company.

o The candidate will take care of recruiting and filtering new staff members, keeping an eye on office maintenance and preparation.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

o B.Sc / BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.

o Good knowledge in requirements planning and management.

o Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.

o Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

o Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

o Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

o Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

o Proficiency in using Microsoft Office main tools.

o Time management.

o Strong attention to details.

o Fluent in English and Arabic.
