Must have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with preferably 1-year work experience or a freshly graduate.

  • Respond to customer queries and requirements through email and phone calls
  • Provide new lead contacts and maintain a long-term relationship with existing customers
  • Conduct cold calls, send emails and meet potential / existing customers in person
  • Act as a source of contact between a company and its existing or potential customers
  • Negotiate terms of an agreement in favor of both the company and client needs
  • Conduct market research prepare report on market trends, competitor analysis and customer needs
  • Meeting regular sales target and achieving higher than expected
  • Ability to work under pressure and overtime
  • Challenge any objections to convince consumers to purchase and close a sale
  • Prepare technical, visually appealing presentations to explain our products to customers
  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
  • Create detailed proposal documents - often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Conduct regular check-ups on quantity of goods on display and in stock
  • Insert precise details and make accurate calculations for sales orders and quotations.
  • Report to Direct manager for any issue / development
