  • What you will be doing :

    Reporting tothe Assistant Chief Concierge, responsibilities and essential jobfunctions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Respond to all incoming calls complying with Accorstandards and transfers them to the appropriate destination
  • Respond to all in house Guests’ requestsand transmit the order to the corresponding dept for request to betreated complying with Accor standards.
  • Logall requests and ensures follow up on all of them within standarddelay
  • Log and treats wakeup callrequests
  • Treat restaurant reservationsrequests in SPA soft and is aware of all ongoing promotions andevents in the hotel
  • Maintain telephoneextension lists updated
  • Arrange specialdeliveries and celebration of special occasions for ourGuests
  • Participate in emergency proceduresensuring telephones are answered and coordinates communication tillfinal evacuation
  • Handle emergency line andelevators emergency alarms
  • Receive anddistributes faxes for Guests, apartment tenants and internaldepartments
  • Act in accordance with thestandards, conforms to the policies and procedures of Accor
  • Possess full command of MFR, Opera and otherMicrosoft applications (necessary training will be provided).
  • Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with allother departments to ensure highest level of Guest service ismaintained and the maximum profit is generated
  • Ensures knowledge of all facilities, services and hoursof operation in order to respond confidently and effectively toinquiries.
  • Consistently demonstrate acommitment to personal Guest Service excellence and profitablythrough special duties as assigned
  • Adhere toand promote all Company Health & Safety policies andprocedures to ensure a safe workenvironment
