Key Functions and ResponsibilitiesMaintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures controlling correspondence designing filing systems reviewing and approving supply requisitions assigning and monitoring clerical functionsCoordinate meetings conference calls and eventsMaintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems layouts and equipment procurement.

Manage administrative staff and monitor performanceComplete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work resultsEnsure the office environment meets health and safety regulation standardsPrepare letters presentations and reports as requiredAny other adhoc duties that are required to be undertaken on a day to day basis Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
