Oversees the day-to-dayoperations of the Oracle Data Center and
Monitors the Data Centre infrastructure, to ensure responsivenessand
availability is maintained in accordance withSLAs.
Responsible formanaging a team of techs in a 24 / 7 / 365 working
Overseesoperational Data Centre projects and activities to ensurethey
are delivered to meet requirements.
Ensures incident, problem andchange management processes and
communications arestrictly adhered to by Data Center staff.
Ensure team manages incidents,problems and changes to the service
efficiently andeffectively following the agreed and documentedprocesses.
Ensurebest in class Oracle standards are followed by staff, vendorsand
Participate in On-Call rotationas Manager On-Duty with other DC Managers in
Plan, agreeand participate in scheduled BCP / DR exercises.
Ability to understand customerurgency and sensitivity of problem.
Communicates with seniormanagers to advise, influence and determine
Experience with and ability to communicate to executivelevels.
