The successful candidate will work as part of a fast-paced Planning and Urban Design team providing specialist GIS support to a broad range of projects across the Middle East.
A degree qualification in GIS or a related field.
Experience using ESRI ArcGIS minimum 10
ESRI ArcGIS extensions : 3D, Spatial, Network and Tracking Analyst.
Experience of providing GIS support to multidiscipline, client focused, project environments.
Understanding of spatial data formats and spatial reference systems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven experience of delivering to deadlines within pressurized environments.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Experience of working with and controlling a large number of evolving datasets.
Experience using ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE and Enterprise GeoDBs.
Experience using FME Desktop and Server.
Experience using AutoCAD software (including Civil 3D and Map).
Hands on experience of using CAD derived data within a GIS environment.
Experience of Authority submissions standards and requirements in the GCC.
Experience of automation’ and of utilising the latest ESRI tools, software and enhancements to offer clients improve efficiency and enhanced project delivery.
