Recommend improvements to business continuity management policies and methodologies and participate in the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of business continuity policies methodologies and awareness activity so that all relevant procedural legislative requirements are fulfilled Analyse review and conduct continuous improvement of business continuity management policies tools methodologies and control mechanisms in liaison with internal business functions to identify gaps in awareness and highlighting the need for remediation while assisting in the conducting coordinating of training to facilitate effective implementation of the BCM framework Quality Health Safety Environment Assure compliance to all relevant quality health safety and environmental management policies procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety legislative compliance delivery of high quality services and a responsible environmental attitude Business Continuity Assessment In coordination with the Manager develop maintain and implement business continuity strategies and solutions resulting from risk assessments business impact analyses and ensure update of the BCM documentation Design develop seek approval and implement day-

to-day functions related to creating and implementation of business continuity management plans and programmes in order to support the effective implementation of the BCM framework in alignment with government standards and regulations Provide specialist knowledge in the definition of business continuity management KPIs and monitor its achievement in order to make the necessary recommendations for corrective action Plan and conduct regular business continuity related drills and exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies in addition to conducting the subsequent debriefing and updating of procedures and plans and also ensure regular testing of technical components of the business continuity plans to assure readiness Carry out review and analysis of all Business incidents anticipated or received for critical Business Continuity issues to assess the impact of non-

compliance with regulatory and operational requirements Review Business Continuity issues trends data and reports sourced from the UAE aviation industry the Air Accident Investigation department and identify risks and mitigation actions to assure business preparedness Reporting Conduct annual BCM review and produce annual BCM evaluation reports for strategic decision making by management Conduct the development dissemination follow up of reports and dashboards and assure they are filed appropriately ensuring adherence to defined procedures government regulations and quality standards Communication Develop promotion materials on BCM in order to provide support in creating and sustaining a culture supporting effective business continuity and organisational preparedness in line with the organization and government mandates Carry out the provision of structured response to civil aviation sector s emergency crisis or disaster situations by collecting information coordinating media communication strategies and ensuring communication process is followed during and after the mitigation plan implementation as directed by the management Arrange and participate in Aviation Industry BCM events and other related studies in coordination with concerned units in order to represent the department in various activities and business continuity planning State Business Continuity Program Provide support in the preparation and update of approved changes to the State Business Continuity Program to ensure that all revisions are properly recorded and relayed to all departments concerned Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems processes and practices taking into account international best practice improvement of business processes cost reduction and productivity improvement Provide specialist knowledge for all functions within the organization on business continuity management and conduct the day to day operations within the assigned section in order to support the Manager in the effective development implementation sustenance and reporting on the business continuity management framework for the organization ensuring that the operational plans practices and policies are aligned and integrated into the authority s culture business strategies and processes in alignment with global best standards and defined government regulations Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : City Services Consultancy City Services Consultancy L L C is an ISO 9001 2008 certified consultancy firm that was founded in United Arab Emirates in the year 2006 CSC is a geographical leader in providing customer contact management solutions and services in the business process outsourcing BPO arena CSC provides an array of sophisticated customer contact management solutions primarily in the communications technology and transportation industries
