To successfully manage the Brand Profit and Loss account
Ensure strong focus on Loss Prevention and that Inventory results are achieved in line with the Company agreed Targets
To increase Business Development opportunities of the Brand in the Territory through Expansion
Plan and implement the annual Marketing & Events Calendar of the Territory
In conjunction with the CEO and the Territory Controller, create and implement Brand Standard Operating Procedures and ensure adherence
Maximize the potential of Brand and Store Management through performance, Coaching and the cascade of knowledge to Store Teams
Must keep up to date with Market Trends and Competitor activities, through regular Bench-marking, Price Comparisons and Sales Figure Monitoring of main Competitors
Manage and monitor entire Logistics process from Brand Warehouse to the Territory Stores
Maintain effective Communication with the Group CEO and Head Office Heads of Functions
Set up the Territory Warehouse using Best Practices and International Recognize Standards and Norms
Develop annual business plan for the brand in line with corporate strategies & local specific needs.
Review reports and financial statements to determine areas for improvement and set revised actions plan.
Continually look for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer service, as well as monitoring competitors and training staff.
Carry market Study to react to local trading competitors’ patterns.
Lease with Marketing department to develop marketing calendar for brand promotions and events
Drive sales with a focus on customer satisfaction while increasing customer counts.
To lead by example and ensure that all staff demonstrate initiative selling skills through good Product knowledge.
Model supportive and participatory leadership promoting the concepts of team building and empowerment
Maintain effective communication with Shop Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates and Head Office both written and verbally.
Monitor and record corrective action issues and report staff incidents to HR Dept. for discipline actions when required.
Develop a team of qualified staff are dedicated to work and get results.
Direct, coach, support and ensure team comply with Company policies and procedures
Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and train subordinates on all aspects of product knowledge and selling techniques.
To adopt a pro-active approach and maintain open door policy when interacting with team members.
Help to create a high standard of staff moral and attitude towards the operations of the retail stores.
Ensure complete understanding of accountabilities / responsibilities.
Respond to team member needs and concerns respectfully and in a timely manner.
Ensure all stores respond to complaints with a sense of urgency, poise and good judgement.
Ensure that inventory is accurately done on regular basis.
Effective and professional communication with the Franchisee
Discuss goals and development plans with Shop Managers, Sales Supervisors and follow up on their performance.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement and or cost reduction
Oversee through the Store Managers / Supervisors all of store operations based on the goals, objectives, and standards set earlier.
Monitor overall stores conditions to meet customer service and budgetary goals
Implement effectively all company policies and procedures.
Ensure all Stores Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and that staff are presentable and adhere to the standard uniform at all time.
Ensure stores workforce is set to cover organizational needs within the budget
8+ years of International Retail experience is essential
