We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic META Marketing Coordinator Intern to undertake a variety of day-to-day office, clerical tasks and Internal and External event management.
You will be an integral part of the META (Middle East Turkey Africa) Commercial Team in ensuring that our marketing and GTM operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities while being compliant.
An excellent marketing coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills.
You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.
Event Management and Promotional Material Development
Coordinates and implements META marketing events in coordination with the META marketing team.
Prepares the briefing documents, negotiates and secures a venue, organizes hotel, travel and visa for delegates and monitors the budget.
Supports and monitors the agenda and program.
Arranges for the availability promotional materials where needed.
Handles requests on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
Conducts post event evaluation and event cost analysis in coordination with Finance Department by gathering finance data from other countries and reconciling it with approved budget.
Coordinates and files internal approvals (purchase approval, promotional approval, etc.)
Adherence to best practice principles and BI’s standard operational procedures (SOP’s)
Administration and Coordination
Supports the Marketing & GTM team in filing, meeting arrangements and other administrative tasks as required.
Assumes independent responsibility for special projects.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office and BASIC accounting
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable, fast learner with patience and professionalism
