The role is responsible for setting up the compliance & MLRO function in the DIFC at a wholesale bank.
This includes relevant policy formulation, setting up controls around compliance, managing the regulatory relationship with the DFSA and coaching staff on best practice compliance policies, procedures & behaviour.
Any prior experience gained as a data protection officer in conjunction with compliance & MLRO duties is a plus.
