Job Role : QHSE Officer
Ww are looking to hire for QHSE officer.
JOB SUMMARY :
This position within the QHSE department will be responsible for developing, create and maintain the Quality Management System documentation, including revising, publishing and auditing processes and supportive documentation.
This person will be identifying and coordinating all compliance processes into Quality, Health safety and Environmental Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other standard).
Incumbent will lead in the upkeep and evaluation of the QMS databases. Closely work with General Manager, Business development manager and operations department to fulfill company QHSE Requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Maintain systems to document and record all necessary information related to Quality System, Health safety and environmental Management system.
Assist business development department in technical bidding process and provide QHSE related documents.
Record and maintain internal audit schedule
Prepare documents for client audit and actively participate in client audits.
Be knowledgeable with the policies, procedures and practices within the company that enable system upkeep to ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO14001 compliance level.
Participate in external audits as the assigned document holder.
Prepare corrective action plan and timely submit to client.
Prepare QHSE improvements plan, QHSE Plan and Management consequences plan.
Prepare HSE training plan and conduct new staff induction training.
Investigate accident .incident investigation and recommend corrective actions.
Development and implement of all procedures, polices with in organization according the requirements of company standard.
Update and maintain QHSE register with statistics on regular basis.
Monitor staff third party trainings with help of operations department.
Person will be focal point of company all QHSE Related matters.
Salary : AED4,500.00 to AED5,500.00 / month
