ROLE : Customer Service (e-Commerce)

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experiencefor North American Clients / businesses. Preferably in Ecommerce orsimilar businesses.
  • Strong eCommerceor Retail customer service background
  • Genuine care forcustomers & clients.
  • Asales-oriented person is a plus.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information onour client’s brand history, product offerings, andcommunications.
  • Outstanding writtenand verbal communication skills, great email, chat, social mediaphone etiquette.
  • Proactivepersonality and self-motivator
  • Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task anddetail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven to be organized, methodical,rigorous
  • Strong computer skills ineCommerce / Retail applications and the ability to learn newapplications quickly
  • Team player,able to develop great relations with co-workers (externally& internally).
  • ExcellentWritten and Oral Communication Skills (EnglishLanguage)
