Preparation Team by performing dutiesincluding preparation of mise en place, set up food equipment,assist in food preparation, and maintain hygiene (HACCP) accordingto the Byblos Hospitality and local health authority?sstandards.Responsibilities
Knowledgeable ofthe menu, food items and goods handled in designated area
Constantly maintain a high standard of foodpreparation, control wastage and spoilage.
Ensures a clean, professional appearance according to hotelgrooming standards
Follow discipline on allprocedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Management,Fire and Safety) effectively.
Meet maximumcreativity and understanding of food, by creating dishes andassisting with menu development.
Identifyopportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering tomeet and exceed client expectations.
Complywith and ensure adherence to all of the hotel?s policies andprocedures.
Maintain a professional andfriendly attitude towards guests during contact.
Maintain a good working relationship with all staff andcolleagues throughout the hotel and sister properties.
