Preparation Team by performing dutiesincluding preparation of mise en place, set up food equipment,assist in food preparation, and maintain hygiene (HACCP) accordingto the Byblos Hospitality and local health authority?sstandards.Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable ofthe menu, food items and goods handled in designated area
  • Constantly maintain a high standard of foodpreparation, control wastage and spoilage.
  • Ensures a clean, professional appearance according to hotelgrooming standards
  • Follow discipline on allprocedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Management,Fire and Safety) effectively.
  • Meet maximumcreativity and understanding of food, by creating dishes andassisting with menu development.
  • Identifyopportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering tomeet and exceed client expectations.
  • Complywith and ensure adherence to all of the hotel?s policies andprocedures.
  • Maintain a professional andfriendly attitude towards guests during contact.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with all staff andcolleagues throughout the hotel and sister properties.
  • Perform related duties and special projects asassigned
