Job Description :
PERSONNEL OFFICER : Provides RRD employees with necessary forms for requests / applications for travel, leave tickets, social allowances and changes of status and assists employees in completing such forms.
Obtains required authorizations and forwards to Section Head for subsequent action. Prepares memos for various personnel actions, such as new appointments, transfers, leaves, absenteeism and terminations.
Includes receiving information in respect of such personnel actions from concerned departments, taking appropriate actions in accordance with established personnel policies and procedures and ensuring that related records are kept up-to-date.
