Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options;
resolving internal priorities.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations;
examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization's value by keeping the information confidential.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Conduct business loss analysis
Arrange resources and ensure the tenders and bids are submitted on time
Handover the new projects to the operation team
Ensure the site visits are being conducted as per plan with the operational team where ever required
Review the commercial aspect of the project & suggest GM on project renewals
Implement QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal in the tendering and estimation department
Encourage all staff under his / her management to be involved in continual improvement on QHSE aspects
To communicate the sustainable policy of the company to the potential clients
To understand the legal requirement of the tender
To address and recommend the sustainable FM practice to the clients in the tendering stage
