  • QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : Operations Strategy Planner Manager As an Operations Strategy Planner Manager, you will take a leadership role in managing and driving strategic planning from start to delivery or handover.
  • You will manage multiple functions, teams, processes, planning document and delivery milestones. You will consistently and proactively contribute to the teams’ updates and ensuring processes are followed and in aligned.

    Integrates the plans of the Operations department into the overall planning. Lead on all templates for Functional Area Operational Plans Lead the Planning and Integration Department timelines Ensures Planning and development is undertaken holistically as an organisation, keeping deliverables in line with resources across the organisation Tracks and monitors the deliverables of the Planning Keeps up to date the progress of planning through various reporting tools Ensures consistency in the venue planning process across all functional areas Works closely with heads of the FA’s to identify cost savings opportunities and strategies You will need to openly communicate with team members to ensure that all planning is run smoothly and regular feedback to the Operations Lead and administration.

    Will oversee all operations within logistics on venue Will lead the operations desk at the Management Command Centre and Functional Command Centre Identifies gaps in responsibilities through the planning process and works with members to solve the gaps You will work closely partners throughout the process and ensure regular communication, procurement and logistics are in place.

    You will work closely with Corporate Services and other internal teams to ensure procurement, invoices, production and any additional requirements are met.

    You will work together with the Strategic Planning & Governance team and other verticals to see where collaborations could be beneficial, and support continued disruptive thinking to enhance the quality of ideas and projects.
