Responsible for selling to and servicing an assigned group of Al Dana customers to grow the segment in line with the targets set out in the overall business plan
Contribute to the development of the Al Dana Segment sales plan and initiatives to build Attijari Al Islami’s new Al Dana Segment offerings.
Develop and apply the required skills and product knowledge (e.g., investment product knowledge) to improve the banks capabilities to serve Al Dana customers
Agree and deliver on individual sales targets by increasing share of wallet from assigned Al Dana customer group and by growing customer base to support the achievement of the Al Dana segment and overall business goals
Provide, Al Dana customers with personalized banking advice including investment advice and other information as needed.
Develop positive business relationship by visiting (home / office) the existing and potential customers and advising them on their specific requirements and the products available with the bank
Service & Quality
Provide extensive personalized and professional service to Al Dana segment customers to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Coordinate with Special Accounts Unit (Recovery) at Head Office in connection with irregular accounts related to Al Dana segment.
Identify the area of self development in line with the Bank’s competency guidelines and prepare and execute the action plan in agreement with the supervisor.
Moreover, participate in e-learning and other training initiatives as required by the supervisor as well as HR.
Represent the Bank in the community in order to promote its image, enhance its reputation and optimize business opportunities.
Provide input and follow-up responses during annual (internal / external) audits to ensure all Customer Service activities are in compliance with the Bank’s requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in commercially oriented discipline or Higher Secondary education with recognized diploma in Banking.
For graduates, 5 years banking experience with at least 3 years experience of independent responsibility for a specific banking area, and for non-
graduates 6 years of experience with 3 years of handling independent responsibility for a specific area.
