Maximize the brand potential at national level
Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain and other related functions & stakeholders to maximize the brand performance
Design and execute all marketing activities, execution plan, including budget control.
Understand business dynamics, identifies business opportunities and creates strategies accordingly to maximize brand potential at a national level
Partner with Intercontinental Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement locally where applicable
Work with sales team &plan field visit to obtain feedback & market insights.
Lead new launch plans to ensure the brand is well prepared and executed
Design and execute tactical plans in line with the strategy
Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively
Develop Financial short and long term forecasts working closely with Business Partners
Propose national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales / District Managers
Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans
Collaborate with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
Recruit and manage external vendors in specific projects
Contribute to the culture of innovation, collaboration across the team.
Bachelor degree in science / pharmacy
5 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and 2-3 years as a marketing professional (preferably in Hematology)
MBA degree a plus
Track record of highly successful delivery and positive performance
Track record of product launch (preferable)
Excellent project / process management / analytical skills
Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
In-depth knowledge of marketplace and key dynamics.
Fluency in English is essential, both oral and written communications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a gulf in pharmaceutical company
Experience in hematology or oncology
Track record success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
