Job Role : Office Administrator

Office Support

  • Lookingafter the front office.
  • Welcoming theguests.
  • Answering the telephone and takingmessages.
  • Assuring the tidiness of the meetingrooms and office facilities.
  • Maintaining theoffice supplies inventory and purchasing.
  • Liaising the maintenance work with the buildingmanagement.
  • Managing the driver and documents / post or mails to be delivered to other offices.
  • Arranging travel booking (i.e. Hotel / Air / landtransport).
  • Organising lunches for guests,workshops, and celebrations.
  • Organisingtrainings for Health and Safety.
  • In charge ofdocument control for the head office.
  • AnyAdmin ad hoc task like formatting of documents, assisting inpreparation of reports, pronting, binding, ect.
  • IT Support

  • Coordinate with the IT support team in terms of troubleshooting, replacement of laptop / desk top
  • Monitor the backup tapes and sent to UK office
  • Finance Support

  • Handling disbursement of petty cash and cashflow
  • Maintain petty cash report
  • Preparing LPOs.
  • Assisting Finance inissuing invoices and collecting cheques.
  • Managing other office expenses.
  • Skills Required

  • Minimum experience of at least 3 years in asimilar role.
  • Bachelor Degree orequivalent.
  • Excellent in timemanagement.
  • Must be confident working underpressure and multi- tasking.
  • Advance knowledgein MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
