  • To provide technical and complaintresolutions to supplier of escalation and complaint managementteam- To provide high level troubleshooting and to isolate issuesrelated to products- To work closely and maintain good relationshipwith Sales, Retail, Marketing and E-commerce team in order torevert on sales / promotional disputes raised by supplier- Attend toany high-level customer complaints received by the team members andspend an agreed proportion of time answering queue- To ensure allthe escalations and complaints are solved in timely manner withaccuracy
