Job Description

Job Summary : Searching for Store Keeper cum Document Controller in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details

Collect and inspect items' quality and quantity against purchasing orders

Keep files of routine and confidential nature of correspondences and memos

Carry out regular physical inventory checks to the store

Handle and organize documents

Generate invoices, packing lists and any other documents

Keep the received goods in storerooms according to the prescribed and applied inventory system standards

Serve as helpdesk to the staff concerning documentation issues

Make sure all documents and correspondences are available in paper version and electronic form

Preserve safety, cleanliness and neatness in the work area

Input relevant entries into the computerized inventory system accompanying all stock information

Generate reports as required by management from time to time

Develop and preserve electronic and paper filing systems for all documents

Any other assigned task

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent

At least two years of experience in the same or related role

Strong knowledge in planning, allocating and evaluating workloads

Must be familiar with 4Projects software

Strong knowledge of the document control system and processes

Demonstrate flexibility when handling changing priorities

Should be accurate and detail oriented

Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Must be a fast learner
