CommisResponsibilities are :
Accuratelymeasuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning ofdifferent meats as well as washing, peeling, and choppingvegetables and fruits.
Preparing basic saladsand sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered itemshave been delivered and are of good quality.
Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying thesupervisor of low or depleted supplies.
Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored inthe stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring thatworkstations are properly sanitized.
Platingand presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partieâ sinstructions.
Experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of food health and safetyregulations.
The ability to stand for extendedperiods.
The ability to work underpressure.

Salary Commis III -1300 AED (353$) / Commis II-1500 AED (408$) / Commis III - 1700 AED (635$)
