JOB PURPOSE
Drive the development and implementation of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers, and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Client relationship and management for corporate customers and strategic partners
Corporate customer retention and growth - establish strong customer relations while representing local and national clients professionally
Conduct and lead corporate customer training workshops, capture feedback and develop action plans to improve customer experience
Work closely with Regional Sales team to develop and implement strategies that grow the corporate customer and strategic partnership base and drive sales & traffic, leveraging CRM and programs
Monitor and analyze customer data to identify key areas of focus and problem-solving customers concerns
Manage the customer retention and engagement strategy, executing timely and accurate deliveries of corporate communications to achieve business goals
Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and coordinated approach in the region.
Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services
Responsible for accounts receivable & maintaining to ensure healthy aging for the accounts QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications :
BS / MS degree in business administration, Economics, Commerce or any relevant field
Strong understanding of business objectives and metrics and ability to build action plans to meet these objectives
Analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
Experience :
2 to 3 years of solid experience in B2B sales and business development in Egypt
