Well-rounded experience in cross channel digital media planning including social, display, search, programmatic, e-Commerce and multi-screen planning.
Proficiency in using digital data signals to inform strategy and deployment from the context of both awareness and performance advertising activities.
This entails an in-depth understanding of how various elements of media are measured from an efficiency and ROI perspective across paid and owned channels.
Full understanding of consumer journeys and personas, the use of digital data signals to further enhance this understanding and the process of identifying relevant touch points to enhance the consumer / user experience.
Highly collaborative at landing all digital work through the broader team. Ability to operationalize digital work plans and digital brand plans.
Thorough in-depth knowledge of digital channels and execution. This is a role that drives excellence in execution, and while broader strategic knowledge is important, it is an absolute must-
have a strong grip on execution.
Utilize negotiation skills to secure relevant Beta activations and special digital media executions through partners such as Google, Facebook, DMS, and Snapchat.
Fluency in the complex ad-tech ecosystem, and a solid grip on the key issues impacting the industry such as Advanced Validation and Viewability.
Min of 4+ years expereince in a similar role in an agency
Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills
